What inspired you to make your career in the field of law?

Since I have a natural inclination to stand up for people's rights, I became interested in practicing law very early in my life. I have spent the past four years working in intellectual property, where I can support clients in their business endeavors and continue to apply my aptitude, business skills and passion to practice law in this field

What are your strengths?

Good Communication Skills. Judgment. Analytical Skills. Research Skills. Perseverance. Creativity. Logical Thinking Ability.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years? 10 years?

I don’t have a specific title or role selected for my 5/10 year plan. What’s important to me is continuing to learn new things, get better at what I know and progress in my career at a reasonable pace. Working with sophisticated professionals is also crucial – as I feel like I’m at my best when working with other high quality people. This opportunity is appealing to me because of the complex nature of the deals as well as the diverse responsibilities, which will enable me to broaden my skill set. The company’s reputation and culture are also great and that is appealing to me as well. So I see this opportunity as one that can help me more forward in a positive way

Tell me about an accomplishment you are most proud of.

my academic career is something I continue to be proud of. I then went to work and tried many cases as a young lawyer in front of juries with a great deal of success. My trial skills have served me well over the years.

What would you look to accomplish in the first 30 days/60 days/90 days on the legal job?

In addition to getting to know the team and getting fully up to speed with the role, there’s a lot I want to accomplish during my first three months. Within 30 days, I plan to get to know the people I’ll be working with the most and to be comfortable with them. Within 60 days, I plan to have a solid understanding of the industry, the company and the competitive landscape so that I can hold my own in any conversation about the company. Within 90 days, I plan to meet the goals that have been set for me

secondary school education Bengaluru, Ballb hons nlsiu, Master llm currently committed to Columbia Uni, I considered several schools when I was initially applying to colleges. I chose to begin my education at a community college because of the flexibility and cost savings it offered. While attending school, I was also working 30 hours per week and supporting myself.

I have always been motivated by the desire to meet a deadline. Setting and reaching deadlines gives me such a sense of accomplishment. meeting deadlines, targets or goals. mentoring and coaching others. learning new things. coming up with creative ideas to improve something, or make something new.

Are you a leader or a follower?

like to think of myself as both a good leader and follower. I approach each situation differently, and I respond to what it needs from me. I enjoy leading projects that relate to my strengths, but I'm also happy to follow the lead of others who may be a better fit
