I have Pursued her B.A.LLB (Hons) from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi (2007-2012 batch) Enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi with Enrolment No: D-1836/2012) Niti Specializes in Commercial laws including Dispute Resolution. Her prime focus in past many years have been in matters pertaining to Arbitration, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law and Intellectual Property Rights. She has assisted clients in providing end to end support in various transactional and advisory related services, structured, drafted formats and necessary documentations qua complex transactions across multiple industry sectors. She had assisted on entire range of proceedings before regulators and different fora, In her 9 years of experience she has worked with various companies on disputes of commercial and regulatory in nature involving high stakes. She has also assisted various clients in negotiating, drafting various commercial agreements apart from carrying out due diligence exercise.
What inspired you to make your career in the field of law?
My personal life and developments around. My various friends around also pursued coaching but I cleared without coaching. There were various judgements that strived more interest. Further I wanted to Do something in life which makes me stand out and flourishes my mind and develop a good mental reasoning
What are your strengths?
I have worked with various companies on disputes of commercial and regulatory in nature involving high stakes. My strength thus lies in understanding the nuances of law, researching, preparing briefs and appearing before various judicial gora.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years? 10 years?
I see myself progressing further in this field. To set up an independent practice with diversified clients and matters over different areas of law. In next 10 years I also strive to try for judicial exams in higher judiciary.
Tell me about an accomplishment you are most proud of.
Was part of the team that was dealing with the famous case k shashidhar v union of India wherein supreme court held that commercial wisdom of committee of creditors is paramount. Apart from this I was also a part of IPR matter which was instituted as first matter post abolition of IPAB.
What is your dream job?
My dream job is to work in a tier 1 law firm preferably in the field of commercial laws and civil laws.
What would you look to accomplish in the first 30 days/60 days/90 days on the legal job?
I would like to accomplish in the next 30 days good work and learning experience ahead as I feel that every drop in ocean matters and counts alot. I feel that this will enable me to progress ahead in life and career.

I have completed my llb from VIPs college indraprastha University Delhi. It was an integrated course of 5 yrs.

Tell me how you handled a difficult situation.
With patience perseverance and hard work.My hard work and sincerity in all future endeavours have helped me to handle a situation. There was a case when my client approached us to do a wrong filing which we detected and refused to proceed
What motivates you?
The zeal to learn work hard and to move with time. The saying that every drop in ocean matters. I have been litigating since the year 2012 before all different judicial authorities. The different exposures got in these 9 years have added more strength to my academic career.
Are you a leader or a follower?
I am a leader as well as follower. I tend to attain the role as per the situation and circumstances. At times i lead the team and if situation demands then I pursue the role of a follower.

Henry maine book on jurisprudence
Your interests apart from studies?
Apart from studies I have interests in extra curricular activities specially in dance and music. I also have learned classical dance in bharatnatyam for a period of 12 years

Where are you working currently?
I am currently working with Tandon and co as a senior associate since 2018 headed by Adv. Kunal Tandon.
